Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
No refunds. Store credit available with most purchases, see below for exclusions. Returns for exchange or store credit only; must provide receipt and be within 30 days of original purchase. Only one exchange per purchase.
No returns/exchanges/store credit/refunds on the following:
- Custom or customized orders (this includes sized rings, stones set, completely custom made pieces, etc.)
- Citizen watches
- ELLE Jewelry rings
- Special orders & specialty items (i.e. preowned Rolex watches and more)
- Jewelry that has been worn
- Final sale/closeout items
- Estate pieces

Watch batteries
We do not provide a guarantee on how long a watch battery will work in your watch. We use fresh batteries and take great care of your watch.
if your battery lasts fewer than 6 months, there is likely a problem with the movement and needs to go back to the manufacturer for servicing.
Stone Tightening
We offer no-charge stone tightening for the life of your pieces purchased from us (with very few exclusions)! We do not require you to check in every six months, though we do suggest it for a free cleaning and safety check. This keeps you safe & sparkling!
Exclusions: ELLE jewelry, eternity bands, estate jewelry, some extremely thin bands (unless welded to another ring)
We do not offer warranties on wear & tear and damage. We will of course cover any issues that come from the manufacture of a piece that we sell!
